If your order includes a custom design, I will send you a proof for approval before submitting the final file.

Digital files are delivered as a PNG file unless otherwise stated.

Production time is 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday) to create your items. This does not include shipping time.

Invite packages require 6–7 business days for processing.

If your event is within the next 6 business days, Priority Shipping is required.

If your event is within the next 5 business days, Priority Shipping and a Rush My Order upgrade are required.

What is a PDF file?
A PDF (Portable Document Format) is a file type commonly used for print-ready documents.

What is a digital file?
A digital file is delivered electronically (no physical shipping). You download and use it on your computer or mobile device.

Cupcake toppers
All cupcake toppers are made to order in the U.S. and printed on premium quality cardstock. All toppers and die cuts are single sided unless stated otherwise in the listing.

Large die cuts
Large die cuts measure approximately 7″–9″ tall depending on the design. Not all die cuts will be the same height. These are great for centerpieces, table decorations, banners, and backdrop displays. No sticks are provided unless noted in the listing.

Production time is 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday) to create your items. Shipping time begins after your order ships.

Delivery usually takes 6–7 business days after shipment.

Priority shipping: $12
Delivery usually takes 4–5 business days after shipment.

Express shipping: $40
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after shipment.
